The purpose of this theoretical construction is to enrich the cognitive horizons of students specializing in pedagogy. The highlighted positive emotional, academic, and socializing effects of children\u2019s field trips make the article relevant and informative to parents of preschool children. The material collects, describes, and summarizes the current international research experience on preschool field trips and their educational effects on young children today.
