The article outlines the essence and characteristics of career services as well as their history and their development in Bulgaria. Survey)<\/p>\n<p> Abstrac<\/strong>t. This article discusses the dependence of the religious education (upbringing) by the qualities and virtues of the educators that carry it out. It is pointed out that if the aim of the religious subject in the public schools is character and moral education, it sets high ideological and moral requirements to the educators. It is emphasized that the quality of the religiosity and morality of the spiritual teachers will determines the quality and effectiveness of the religious educational system and the moral education, conducted in it. The empirical studies by the author reveal the dependence of the moral values of the person by the individual type of the religious orientation. It emphasizes that only the intrinsic religiosity strongly contributes to the development the religious moral values in the person. The survey shows that the teachers in the mass schools probably between 15 and 35% could have this type of religiosity, in which an appropriate training could meet the requirements for conducting the religious and moral education.
