The study discusses the topic of virtual reality&nbsp; in the context of phenomenology and its ontological insight&nbsp; It problematizes virtual reality as an educational phenomenon in the following aspects: degree of reality, time perception, the perception of objects in their role as images, the problem of intersubjectivity in the living world, and the manifestations of human consciousness.&nbsp; In this way through the main notions of phenomenology, virtual reality gains new image and educational interpretations.&nbsp; The main question within those interpretations is the link between knowledge, thinking and perception.&nbsp; In classic philosophy those three coincide. In the realm of non-classical thinking of reality, however, the problem of perception shifts from one related to time to one related to distance. The reason for this is the dominance of the action as a post-modern phenomenon and a type of authority.
