Abstract<\/strong>. Responsibility today has become the main educational, social, cultural\u00a0and political problem. Undoubtedly, the period of a special development of the child\u00a0protection dates from XX century and continues until now. In the beginning, there were\u00a0appeals and innovatory views on the education of children of the Swedish pedagogue and\u00a0feminist Ellen Key, who proclaimed XX century as a \u201ccentury of the child\u201d. After that\u00a0came the ideas, the creative work and mainly the practical activity of Janusz Korczak.\u00a0When he was alive Korczak spoke on the topic of children`s protection: \u201cside by side\u00a0to the defender that knows paragraphs of the written laws, I insist to assign a place to\u00a0the educator that knows the secrets of unwritten laws\u201d \u2013 and by that as announcing\u00a0the establishment of the institution ombudsman of human rights. Children`s rights are\u00a0our common responsibility \u2013 of the government, the observing institutions, scientists,\u00a0non-governmental activists, teachers, educators. We should \ufb01ght for them, to insist,\u00a0so we would not stand one day in front of the dilemma that Irena Sendlerowa posed,\u00a0one of the greatest among us, who was rewarded in 2007 with the Medal of the Smile\u00a0from children themselves: \u201cAnd what the world did? The Great powers? The world was\u00a0silent! And silence sometimes means to agree with what is happening\u201d.<\/p>\n

Abstract.<\/strong> The paper presents the problem of the rights of the child from socially-pedagogical perspective and in connection with the threats of the World War II.\u00a0Some perspectives are outlined in the foreground: \u201cmilitary complex\u201d and \u201czone\u00a0of the social solidarity\u201d. With the \ufb01rst term, the totality of the negative psychical,\u00a0physical and social consequences that children endured in the result of the military\u00a0actions are marked. With the second term, different forms of help and actions for\u00a0children`s protection in case of threat for their life and existence are marked.<\/p>\n

Abstract.<\/strong> Children`s rights are not only with a legal but also with a pedagogical\u00a0character.\u00a0 They\u00a0 take\u00a0 into\u00a0 account\u00a0 not\u00a0 only\u00a0 children`s\u00a0 speci\ufb01cs\u00a0 but\u00a0 they\u00a0 also\u00a0bear educational messages. Janusz Korczak who is considered as a herald of the\u00a0children`s rights has special merits in this respect. His idea regarding the children\u00a0and childhood, which was exposed almost one hundred years ago, is reinvented\u00a0again today and it is decoded as \u201cpedagogical spirit\u201d of the Convention of the rights\u00a0of the child.<\/p>\n

MODERN ASPECTS OF CIVIC EDUCATION\u00a0 IN THE BULGARIAN SCHOOL<\/strong><\/p>\n

Abstract.<\/strong> The\u00a0 current\u00a0 article\u00a0 is\u00a0 an\u00a0 experience\u00a0 that\u00a0 is\u00a0 more\u00a0 of\u00a0 a\u00a0 concern\u00a0and responsibility. An attempt has been made to outline additional rows in the\u00a0interdisciplinary standard \u201cCitizenship Education\u201d. The problems that are being\u00a0addressed arise from the contemporary geopolitical situation in European countries,\u00a0from the fact that the young generation can become a hostage to a non-buddy future\u00a0if it is not timely.\u00a0 Focused not on the threat and the fear but on the risk and the\u00a0responsibility to his life. The present study examines contemporary issues that can\u00a0be addressed by the tools of civic education. Such issues related to the prevention\u00a0of the student’s personality about threats such as terrorism, crime, aggression, drugs\u00a0and others. The purpose of the exhibition is to extend the educational background of\u00a0pedagogical specialists so that pedagogical teams organize such training.\u00a0 To outline\u00a0the pedagogical projections of a future preventive education in the Bulgarian school.\u00a0Theoretical learning modules are presented to expand the foundation of pedagogical\u00a0competence. State\u00a0 Education Standard is seen as an interdisciplinary complex;\u00a0Technologically it is also approached interdisciplinary \u2013 through an interdisciplinary\u00a0pedagogical team; Interdisciplinary themes, methods and technologies.<\/p>\n
