The 21st century educational paradigm reflects the requirements of a new society built around the organization, stimulated by information, based on the explicit acceptance of democratic values and human rights. The main task of education becomes the preparation of competent specialists, i.e. of people with knowledge of different aspects of life, with habits of creative handling of intellectual and professional tools, with the ability to interact with other people in different situations in order to achieve constructive collaboration with them.
